Vice President of Business Development - This is an internal position on the senior management team here at Human Capital Consultants, Inc.
We are currently seeking a Vice President of Business Development in our Bensalem office. The successful candidate will develop Recruitment Process Outsourcing and HR services business in the Northeastern United States and grow a national sales team
Experience managing and growing a multi-location business development team.
Experience selling HR Services or Recruitment/Staffing. Experience cold calling for clients in other desirable verticals will be considered.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with professionals at all levels of our clients’ organizations.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management Skills

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
