Quality Assurance & Training Manager: Unisys
Responsibilities:
• Will participate in design, development, & implementation of Medicaid Management Info System (MMIS) and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Will participate in review and testing MMIS/EDMS solutions.
• Responsible for testing MMIS enhancements and other system changes.
• Monitor all QA/QC activities.
• Oversight of development of training methodology and tools deployed for MMIS user training, site employee training, and provider training (including CBT and WBT training modules).
• Oversight of project documentation function including production and revision of all project documentation necessary for DDI and ongoing operations, as well as documentation required for federal certification of the MMIS.

Skills Required:: |
Previous Experience:
• Requires extensive knowledge of Medicaid Fiscal Agent Operations requirements and processes gained through three plus years experience in a Medicaid FAO operational management position. Requires 4 year degree or proven significant experience in quality management/control disciplines or methodology.
• Prefer advanced certification in quality management/control disciplines or methodology.
• Pre-existing knowledge of QNXT or other large scale advanced claims processing system.
