MCSE, MCP, MCSA,
My Leading Financial Services client based in Brussels seeks a Senior IT Support Engineer to work from their Head office.
Responsibilities:
- incident management,
- troubleshooting,
- root cause analysis,
- problem solving,
- call logging,
- run backup procedures
- manage the helpdesk queues
Experience
- Strong Microsoft environment experience,
- MCSE 2003 ideal, but MCSA or MCPs also desireable.
- Financial services experience,
- Proven track record in a similar role,
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience,
- ITIL experience, ideally with an ITIL Foundation or equivalent,
- Change management and project experience.
