| Job Description: |
Generate business projects, directs administrative, financial and sales functions. Ensures compliance of corporate and local policies, procedures and laws. Serve as the company head in México for corporate operations. Responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing plan for company products in the country of México to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives. Develops, supports, and manages focused high-performing “best-in-business” Distributor Network. Manages expense budget & P&L. Develops and motivates product focused top performing sales team. Responsible for asset management including sample inventory.
1. Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and the entire office/staff functions within appropriate guidelines, policies and regulations.
2. Reviews departmental budgets.
3. Establishes and guides goals and accomplishments of the team/department.
4. Responsible for, performance appraisals, coaching/counseling, employee development and necessary communications to regarding performance issues.
5. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and compliance activities within prescribed area. Reviews annual budget, status reports and other related communications.
6. Operates within budget and organizations guidelines and philosophy by implementing cost reduction programs through value analysis.
7. Manage a P&L of around $50 million.
