Requirments: Experience of leading a small team

We are looking for a pro-active candidate able to prioritise and work to deadlines. Must be able to use initiative and be able to co-ordinate and communicate with other in-house disciplines. Applicant must have a good work ethic and good personality.
This position is for our Design Consultancy office. Candidates must come from a design consultancy experience background.
Key Duties: Knowledge of HVAC load calculation program such as Elite and/or HAPP
Knowledge of local regulations such as DM, DEWA, SEWA, Sharjah Municipality and JAFZA. Knowledge of British Standard and NFPA.
Knowledge of designing HVAC, water supply, drainage, fire fighting and other mechanical systems design.
Experience in water cooled plants as well as air cooled plants and pumping system.
Experience of technical research and studies.
Specifications and BOQ preparation
Project design verification.
