Requirments: • Degree in Engineering from an accredited University
• Minimum 7 years demonstrable experience in planning and project administration with particular emphasis on the project subject
• Must have ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records and generate reports.
• Experience of Primavera P3 / P5 and MS Project software.
• Experience with hospital or medical projects is a must
Key Duties: • Participate in contract administration.
• Review/approve contractor`s work programs submissions.
• Advise and assist the contractor in the development of the work programs.
• Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
• Ability to generate critical milestones for the construction stage for inclusion in tender documents through detailed discussions with the Design Manager, Design Team, evaluation of interfaces between buildings/infrastructure etc
• Technical tender evaluations
• Consolidation and presentation of Consultants weekly reports
• Produce cash flows in P3 and be able to work with both office and site based Cost Managers Major co-ordination between primary infrastructure and building construction
