Key role objective
To take responsibility and ensure the successful timely delivery of projects to the required technical standard in a way that is commercially beneficial to the region.
Key responsibilities
Managing technical standards in a commercially and beneficial way you will need to :
Develop strong client relationships to understand requirements
Plan and manage project resources to deliver expectations
Preparedetailed design project proposals, schedules, data sheets, and detailed specifications
Control quality requirements to meet design packages and contract requirements
Working to financial targets
Undertake independent design review and actively participate in technical forums and technical design reviews
Undertake the design for above and below ground drainage, domestic water and fire fighting services
Key requirements
The ideal candidate should be qualified to HNC/HND level, coupled with membership of a recognised institution and be able to demonstrate:
A track record of end to end project delivery including, the conception through to final commissioning and handover to the end user
Experience in the design of complete design of building related public health systems
Be conversant with current good design practice and design methods
Strong IT literacy and software skills, particularly those used for Public Health design software packages
A willingness to travel to suit project needs
