Skills Required:: |
Strong HR and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically, formulate and execute plans and meet goals.
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in Corporate and HR strategy integration would be desirable.
Exceptional verbal & written Communication Skills required.
Strong organizational and planning skills, service–orientation, self-motivation and a team player attitude.
Ability to perform under pressure with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Unbiased assertiveness with an approachable and solution-oriented attitude while resolving issues.
Capability to act as a role model - i.e. lead by example, inspire, motivate and have a positive influence on others.
Maintain professional growth while participating in and contributing to the company’s Quality Management Systems.
Ability to maintain a professional attitude when interacting with management, employees and external contacts.
Proficiency in computer usage.
Preferably an ARAB (Non-Arabs with exceptional track records are welcome).
