Teaching in Spain
As one of the most popular countries for both the first-time and seasoned TEFL teacher, Spain provides the unique opportunity to gain well-paid work overseas in a great country, while enjoying a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. We offer a limited number of teaching places in the lively capital of Madrid and across other parts of the country. While not all placements require a university degree, it is preferred.
Placement Information
The Benefits
Salary: Up to ,500 per month
Accommodation: Support and assistance is provided to help you find an apartment (flat shares can often be found with local Spanish people)
Locations: Madrid and throughout Spain
Contract Length: From three to nine months (renewable)
Student Age Range: five to seventy year olds
Orientation and Training: There is an initial introduction to the school and a short induction course wherever possible
Departure Dates: Monthly (except May, June, July, August and September)
Teaching: You will be teaching with well-resourced schools and teaching a mixture of general English and business English
Cost of Living: Approximately 310 per month. Transport to the school will be via public transport (60 cents to 1 per journey)

You must be a native English speaker and an EU passport holder
TEFL qualification (100-Hour Combined Course included)
A university degree is not necessary, but is preferred
Minimum age requirement is 21
