Summary:
Our client are in the domain of immigration Consulting and they have their presence worldwide. Currently they are looking ahead to startup a new business line as in overseas recruitment, so that their current business line can complement to another.
They are looking for a strong profile who can work as Business head or Branch manger or Country Manager at that particular location & can start the business initiative.
The candidate has to do multitask like Business Development to pitch in the client for various recruitment assignments, understanding the requisition, taking care of the delivery part till they build a team there.
So basically a person should be a self starter. Strong in recruitments, Business development & delivery, with very good interpersonal & team building skills.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Daily contact with UK based companies marketing our client.
2. Follow up with office at Canada and companies as required to secure the orders
3. Ongoing service with existing accounts to uncover additional orders as required.
4.Review candidate profiles and meet client’s requirement.
5.Correspond with the other offices and update on the candidate profiles.

1. A college graduate with sales aptitude
2. Knowledge and work experience in job placement
3. Knowledge of culture and language of customers
4. Excellent customer service orientation/sensitive to the needs of the customers
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
