SUMMARY:
Our client is a rapidly expanding company in Tea, Hospitality, Shipping, Real Estate & Retail and Financial Services. They have successfully explored non-traditional sources like the USSR, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland East Germany and China and effected large-scale imports into India. This included products for construction and infrastructure building, an essential requirement for a young nation.
1. The position calls for General Mangement skills spanning Admin, Legal, Finance and Accounts, Fund Management, Establishment, Coordination with lawyers, real estate agents,
In addition high intensity and high level of interactions with the Promoters and their constituents.
2. The position calls for confidentiality, result orientaion, ablity to work on his/her own within a limited framework and org structure, self motivated to do more. work within deadlines and some ambiguity.
3. The current structure is a lean one with one accountant and secretary to manage the day to day work. The promoters are non resident in UK and visit on a monthly basis. The work will require networking especially with banking and financial institutions.
4. We are looking for a senior person preferably UK citizen with an understanding of India and working style. hence an exposure to Indian Cos or business would be an advantage. |
