Our client, a start-up company in the retail sector; are looking for a top-notch senior leasing professional to join their leasing team to contribute to the set-up and building of the organization.
Reporting to the Director-Leasing, this challenging assignment requires you to set business goals and objectives for the Food & Beverage (F&B) division of the Leasing Department and ensure that these are met. You would be required to enter into strategic relationships with GCC based and International Food & Beverage retail chains that will form your portfolio of partners for various retail projects of the company. Your assessment of the partnerships would take into account analyzing and measuring the different operating and financial parameters and align them as per the overall business plan. Critical to this role, you would be required to present to the top management the leasing plan detailing out different aspects such as Gross Leasing Area (GLA) financial analysis, the retail-mix, brand-mix, merchandising formats, lay-outs and design etc. for each of the retail projects. Needless to say that a considerable part of you work and energy would be spent on developing relationships with various F& B operators in the region and having an in-depth market knowledge of the various trends in this sector.

Skills Required:: |
To qualify, you must have at-least 10 years plus proven track record in leasing in a large Retail set-up in a business development role in the GCC. Graduate/MBA. Bilingual, Arabic& English preferred though not a must. |
