An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Investments and Acquisitions for a permanent role based in Qatar.
In this role you will establish strategies to acquire or merge with other companies that do business in the oil and gas sector.
You will participate, in Acquisition of existing oil, gas and other hydrocarbon reserves for development, Develop Strategies to acquire shares, quotas or other forms of equity in entities that own or have any right, concessions, license or option to carry out activities in the oil and gas field.
Other duties include being able to develop strategies to purchase take on lease, exchange, hire and otherwise acquire any real or personal property and any right or privilege over or in respect of such acquisitions.
You will also recommend to the CEO on methods to borrow, raise and secure the payment of money for project investment.
To apply for the role you will be degree qualifies in an appropriate discipline (Engineering, Business, Economics and Finance) with several years experience in establishing Mergers and Acquisitions initiatives.
