Job Description: Communication: calls
1- Attends to incoming calls
2- Attends to outgoing calls
3- Ensures that all important numbers are kept safe and within reach

Sending letters- faxing
4- Faxing
5- Sort through incoming faxes and distribute to correct department

Appointments for special patients (Kerataconus, low vision, artificial eye, and other lenses):
6- Organizes the daily appointments of special patients
7- Calls patients to remind them about the appointments
8- Follow up on appointments
9- Greeting the patients
10- Maintaining good relationships with the customers
11- Opening and maintaining the special patient files
12- Filing the customer files and keeping them organized
13- Taking out and filing the customer file

Typing
14- Typing all English and Arabic letters

Filing:
15- Filling all correspondence letters
16- Maintaining a well organized filing system
17- Filing utilities bills
18- Filing GOSI papers

Other
19- Organizing daily agenda and appointments
20- Filling out the governmental forms for new employees, insurance, medical exam
21- Selling the sunglasses, frames, contact lenses, and the solutions
22- Ensures the cleanliness of the branch
23- Sending letters through mail
24- May be asked to perform other tasks

Must understand English and Arabic.

Skills Required::
Able to work under pressure, able to work in a team, must also have very good customer service, preferably female.
