Nurse Practitioner
Part-time/20 hrs/wk/$26-$43 hr
Provide training, consultation and clinical services to staff and clients of the Regional Older Adult Facilities Mental Health Support Program (RAFT) which provides multi-disciplinary mental health support to several Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities in Northern Virginia so that older adults with serious mental illness can be diverted from or discharged sooner from State Psychiatric Hospitals. |
Skills Required:: |
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Nursing plus completion of the requirements for graduation from a college or university program accredited by the American Nurses' Association, the National League for Nursing or the Joint Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine as an approved nurse practitioner education program. Must be certified or eligible for certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia. Must be licensed or eligible for license as a Registered Nurse in Virginia. Submit REQUIRED Internet application.
