Mortgage Loan Officer – Bensalem, Pennsylvania
Our client founded their business with one goal in mind. Through many years of experience in closing loans, and recent technological advances, our client has devised a high-speed loan processing system that makes the loan process more efficient. This innovative system allows our client to process loans electronically, and allows the borrower total access to the loan status. Our client’s loan products include;
· Conventional Conforming
· Non-Conforming
· ARM products
· Jumbo Products
· 1.95% COFI Loans
· 100% Financing
Regardless if a borrowers’ need is purchase, debt consolidation, or cash out our client has the program and service for their need.
Our client is looking for professional and entrepreneurial thinking Loan Officers who have financial goals they are working to meet and are looking for the vehicle to get there

Skills Required:: |
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience as a loan officer
Knowledge of loan products and structuring loans to meet client needs.
Candidates should have their own lead sources with a track record of at least 70% origination derived from relationships and/or referrals as well as experience working with competitive internal leads
Verifiable production history of monthly loan volume production.
A positive “can do” attitude
Excellent character, work ethic, and integrity.
Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
