The focus would be to help us run the hotel or restaurant day to day, focusing in ensuring the guests enjoy a fantastic holiday. For that you will need to be able to cook, organize supplies and inventory, manage restaurant costs and lead the local staff related to the restaurant. You will also need to be able to make yourself understood in Spanish, be over 24 years of age, be physically fit and have Great People Skills as you will be required to interact with clients on an ongoing basis. We offer a small salary to cover your expenses, food, internet use and above all a great experience in a completely different way of doing hotelier work. 10 months minimum commitment.
