Construction Manager
B.E Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.* Visiting site and physically varifying the status of the project.*Preparation and submission of tenders related to small jobs and execution.*interacting with the representatives of the clients and resolving various issues arising during the project.Coordinating all the activities relating to the project from the construction stage to the completion.*Monitoring and verification to finalise the payment invoices.*Sending regular informative reports to the management on the progress of the project.* Drawing guidelines and plans for the site engineers.*Implementing the technical aspects of the project.* Providing facilities and resources to the sub - contractors.* Monitoring and handling over the system soon after completion of the project.* complying with the procedure for control of non - conforming products.

B.E mechanical/industrial/Chemical/Electrical Engineering.*Posses clear and proven understanding of basic engineering concepts arising from FEED/and or feasibility studies as applicable for guiding the detailed engineering during EPC process.*Possess clear and proven understanding of specialist procurement activities,and the associated engineering functionality related to procurement.*Possess clear and proven understanding and involvment in engineering document control procedures,including scheduling,cost control,monitoring and execution.*Possess clear & proven understanding and involvment in activities related to multidisciplinary detailed engineering activities,emanating from basic engineering, and application of international standards for Brown field/EPC projects.*Possess proven track record in overseeing EPC engineering projects from womb to tomb.This includes pre - bidding process, pre bid engineering,special procurement activities,construction,commissioning and closeouts.*Possess proven track record in team building,guidance,motivation,and management for EPC projects including engineering,procurement,construction,Quality,safety,commissioning,startup and project closeouts.Possess proven track record in report writing skills,negotiations, and over all client relations management during EPC project execution.Possess ability to multitask and work under pressure..
