--Estimation Engineer Civil/Building:
B.E Civil engineering.* Having over seas experience/international contractors and preferance shall be given to those who have gulf experience ( residential buildings,industrial type buildings etc)
Excellent knowledge in bid preparation,price analysis,estimates based quantity versus manhours,capabilty in designing,reviewing tender documents,scope of works,technical specification for each discipline, preparation of cost estimates sheets, preparation of BOQ preparation method statements, preparation of technical/commercial bid packages, preparation of bar chart program,preparing of necessary plant & equipment list,preparation of project organization charts.Familiar with the various types of materials applicable in building constructions etc .
--Estimation Engineer Civil/Infrastructure:
B.E.Civil/Structural Engineering.* Overseas experience/international contractors.Gulf experience ( water pipelines, waste water,sewage pipelines,pump station,water reservoirs,ducts,culverts,pits,septic tanks,valves pits,concrete foundations,steel reinforcement,shuttering/formwork,site preparation,cutting/backfilling,trench excavation,water proofing,etc
