Description:
- Provides the technical, content and management expertise to lead teams and complex studies within the clinical operations group
- Experience applying expertise in tandem with working knowledge of other technical disciplines (e.g., therapeutic areas, regulatory filing)
- Assumes accountability for timely execution of multiple programs across therapeutic areas.
- Supports the execution of EGC clinical operations strategies, and implementation of new processes and systems
- Influences work processes spanning multiple department and geographic boundaries within EGC/Eisai
- Develops networks with external stakeholders
- Leads problem solving with an enterprise-wide perspective; facilitating teams to identify clinical operations issues and propose solutions
- Role models teamwork/collaboration in decision making process with respect to clinical operations area
- Aligns business and clinical operations objectives across multiple project teams and departments
- Motivates exceptional performance
- Acts as an informal mentor and coach to team members

Skills Required:: |
Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- 7-10 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including line management experience
