I currently in on a project with tight deadlines and would required additional resource (s) one or two with vast experience in 2G and 3G RF Planning and Optimization to perform RF planning, RF Site Surveys, Drive Tests, Site Inspection and Investigation, RF Troubleshooting, Statistical analysis of Traffic and Radio Network Performances through the OMCR or other Network Performance tools, able to perform post processing of drive test measurement results, Radio Parameter adjustments and tunings, Cluster Tuning & Optimization, Whole network Tuning and Optimization, etc. Hands on experiences handling drive test tools and post processing tools such as ACTIX, NEMO, TEMS, Aircom RANOPT, Business Objects, MapInfo, MySQL, OPTIMA, Oracle, ASSET, ATOLL, PATHLOSS ect) and other RF Site Surveys activities (GPS, Compass, etc.) is a must. Able to work under pressure and always motivated in completing task assigned.

Skills Required:: |
A person must have vast experience in Siemens BR7+ optimization, frequency planning for the cluster, parameters tuning, capacity dimension to improve network quality. |
