| Job Description: |
Candidate will be responsible for planning of mobile networks in EDGE and GSM technologies.
The following scope of work among other things will be included:
-Dimensioning and preparation of general Circuit Switched networks architecture plan.
-Detailed planning individual network elements such as MSC, HLR, MGW, HSS, MSS Server
-Verification of quality parameters and network performance optimization
- Support account department in commercial offer preparation
- Cooperate with project team or independent work depends on the project type
- Technical reports preparation and customer presentation
- support in trouble shooting to integration team during deployment
- Continuous competence related to new products development

| Skills Required: |
- Previous experience in core planning of mobile networks in EDGE and GSM technologies.
- Experience in MSC, HLR, MGW, HSS, MSS Servers
- Good spoken and written English
- some Willingness to business trips |
