| Job Description: |
Responsible to perform technical and constructability reviews of the design packages that are being issued for Jubail 2. Coordinate with the design engineering team and facility construction teams through the development of the design packages and 30%, 90% and 100% package reviews to perform the technical reviews and ensure the constructability of these packages to minimize the need for design revisions once they are awarded.
Also responsible to perform audits and surveillances of the quality programs of the construction contractors and suppliers. Perform final walk downs of contracts at closeout to ensure that complete punch lists for installation and documentation are developed.
Assist with field inspections when necessary. Identify solutions to issues that arise from ongoing work. |
Skills Required:: |
College/University Degree with substanstial experience in field engineering and design engineering.
Experience should relate to site development, building construction, HVAC systems, rotating equipment, above and under ground steel/FRP piping systems.
He should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs. |
