| Job Description: |
Initiate, prepare and manage conceptual Architectural designs for residential buildings, commercial centers, recreational, sports centers, etc.
Recommend Architectural style for residential areas, tourist housing, educational establishments, clinics and commercial districts.
Administration and supervision of architectural design, undertaken by the In-house group.
Management of tasks related to building design, undertaken by A/E’s.
Oversee Architectural reviews of design performed by A/E’s. Support Project Execution Teams.
Utilize computer and codes to perform conceptual designs. Provide support to construction department and disposition field changes by issuing DCN’s and SCN’s.
Liaise with Urban Planners.
Respond to TQ’s.
Review, update and prepare revisions to Guideline Specifications related to site development.
Manage team of SABCO, RC and A/E staff. |
Skills Required:: |
B.S. or M.S. in Architecture.
Substantial experience of International Projects.
Must have strong knowledge of design skills and free hand sketching.
Competency with Adobe Software, AutoCAD and general Microsoft packages.
Excellent knowledge in Islamic and Mediterranean Architectures.
Excellent knowledge of International Architectural codes and standards.
Substantial site experience.
