Client seeks consultants to provide high quality product consultancy to clients to help them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft software.
General Duties/Tasks:
Provides PeopleSoft functional consulting services to clients
Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Project Manager and Engagement Manager
Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers.
Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize Clients implementation methodology

Skills Required:: |
Solid understanding and work experience as a functional lead
Minimum of three years current, hands-on PeopleSoft experience
PeopleSoft version 8.X experience required, version 9.X a plus
Leadership Skills:
Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
Lead on specific module
Consulting Skills:
Communicates clearly and effectively with customers, Accounts Executives and Client Management
Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
Builds confidence and trust with customers
Displays effective analytical skills
