| Job Description: |
• Troubleshoot office LAN
• Escalate to cabling contractor when receiving request from users to add LAN point
• Escalate to central network team if need to check on switch/router
• Assist central network team to check the status of switch/router when detected inactive
• Monthly network scan for Trust Domain purpose
• Ensure the security of hubroom access in Shell House
• Sponsoring engineer to data center
• Updating the Shell Malaysia website
• Publishing news in IT homepage
• Publish and edit contents
• Understand the root cause of problems and report to GSSS
• Broadcast messages to other sites focal point regarding network refresh, server refresh and deployment updates

| Skills Required: |
• A minimum diploma or degree holder in any IT field
• Candidates should have at least minimum 1-2 years experience in setting up network switches and routers
• A flair of IT hardware setup
• Good communication especially in English and a team player
• Able to work on shift when required
• Articulate, independent and able to demonstrate good work ethics
