| Job Description: |
Our client is one of the biggest construction companies in the Middle East. Employing over 40 000 people, the company is one of the leading businesses in the region. Their projects include chemical and power plants, oil and gas facilities as well as housing and commercial buildings.
Due to the new project opening in the vicinity of Oran in Algeria, the company has requested us to recruit candidates for different positions with experience in heavy industry/power plant civil projects.
Requirements:
1)The role focus is the overview of the team performance; it also provides a strong liaison with other department to enhance the effectiveness of schedules in tender stage; the responsibilities of this position include:
2)Receiving tender documents and assigning the tender group leader for performing the task.
3)Reviewing the final schedule and give approval before handing over to tender.
4)Attending meeting related to the schedule with concerned department.
5)Reviewing plan to ensure that critical issues and assumptions are covered.
6)Revising the schedule narrative if necessary.
7)Performing coordination with other departments
8)Estimating the required number of planners for tenders
9)Evaluating team performance.
10)Issuing tender projects status report.
11)Supervising the assigned project planner till master schedule issuance according to contract requirements and compliance with OCI standards. |
Skills Required:: |
Experience in large scale industrial projects
Very good knowledge of Primavera software |
