Primary Function:
Provide assistance to customers in purchasing phones and service. Focuses prospecting and other sales related activities on small to medium size business accounts within an assigned geography. Geographies will be defined and assigned by local market management. Also will help in the resolution of routine customer questions/problems regarding the company, products and services. Performs a variety of duties related to sales, retention and customer service in accordance with company policies and procedures under the direction of the Business Sales Manager and Sales Director.
