| Job Description: |
As a Senior Petroleum Engineer, with at least 10 years experience in reservoir simulation and field management through all phases of field life preferably within an operating environment. You will provide technical and team leadership on petroleum engineering and multi-disciplinary integrated projects through the effective application of project management, peer review, quality assurance and client interaction. Work as an individual contributor will also be required. A good understanding and track record of integration with other subsurface disciplines is essential as is a good combination of technical excellence and communication skills.
For the position of Petroleum Engineer, a good understanding of integration with other sub surface disciplines is highly desirable.
Both positions require the following experience:
Dynamic reservoir modelling
Well test and decline curve analysis
Forecasting and production optimisation
Integrated asset modelling
Decision and risk analysis
Reserves estimation through all phases of field life from development planning through to abandonment
Asset evaluation
Development planning
Extensive experience of industry standard modelling packages including Eclipse/VIP, PETEX suite, PanSystem and/or Saphir
Excellent communications skills - fluent in written and spoken English language
In the senior role experience of coaching and mentoring junior staff is desirable.
