Description of Essential Functions of the Position:
- Preparation of cost reports
- Control over Accounts Receivable
- Maintenance of Standard Code of Accounts
- Control over company insurance needs
- Control and coordination of annual budget for the company
- Coach and supervise Accountant Assistant
- Collect, prepare and analyze monthly cost reports on a timely basis
- Supervise proper processing of invoices for cost analysis
- Review work acceptance acts and issue invoices for clients
- Liaison with project managers and department managers on cost issues and monthly, interim and yearly budget forecasts
- Periodically update and issue Standard Code of Accounts
- Supervise insurance coverage for the company. Negotiate new or update of existing insurance policies
- Explain budget variances against actual figures
- Produce project summaries and presentation
- Supervise preparation of annual budget and business plan

| Skills Required: |
Candidates Must Meet the Following Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost controlling & budgeting, preferably in international oil & gas companies
• Good knowledge of English
• Educated in economic field
• Strong PC skills
