Organizing Promotional Programmes for launching new products.
2. To Conceptualize & Initiate Campaigns for the each assigned country, based on the sales trend & future potential for the product.
3. To ensure the timely implementation of the Promotional Campaigns by coordinating with the Country Manager.
4. Preparing the Promotional plan for the entire year with proper coordination with Country Managers & colleagues handling other countries.
5. Conceptualizing & coordinating for the Promotional Inputs like Literatures, Gifts ,etc according to the promotional plan.
6. Conducting the briefing meetings for the assigned countries as per the Quarter planning.
7. Conducting & supporting the product training need for the assigned countries.
