Description:
Damac is currently seeking qualified Architectural/Civil engineers, who have substantial experience working in project development. The candidate must have experience in liaising with master developers, design consultants, regulatory bodies & governmental authorities in identifying and undertaking current & future development plans. Due diligence, feasibility studies, concept design & detailing, urban planning and primary estimation of projects are a part of the responsibilities. As the Development Manager, you will be responsible for directing professional Consultants and assuming responsibility for value engineering and timely deliveries.
Applicants should possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills, leadership qualities, negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task. Prior experience with high-rise projects will be an added advantage.
