Position: Software Product Technical Support
Inspice is a rapidly growing software company. We are looking for individuals to work in our Technical Support Department.
Must possess excellent customer service skills and experience, team player, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, self motivated, excellent time management skills, and computer literate.

Job Description:
Provide superior customer service through identifying customer issues and clarifying through probing questions;
Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Minimum two years technical support experience;
* Ability to provide tech support via chat / email / phone.
* Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills;
* Flexibility to work shifts to meet customer demand;
* Familiarity with Window and Internet navigation;
* Ability to multi-task by navigating through several screens while at the same time speaking with the customer;
* Productively shares knowledge and opinions with others;
* Displays good judgment and composure under pressure;
* Deals with problem issues with a sense of urgency;
* Offers customer-focused solutions supported by facts, knowledge and experience;
* Presents information in a manner that addresses the needs of customers;
* Takes ownership for escalating issues in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are addressed;
