One of Middle East's largest Construction groups is looking for Junior and Senior Design Engineers for their various projects in Dubai.
All positions have standard benefits like subsidized housing, medical cover, and annual leave and return flight tickets.
Suitable candidates need to have the following attributes :
1. Graduate in Civil Engineering Or Structural Engineering (preferred).
2. Minimum 8 years experience for Senior Design Engineer and 3 years for Junior Design Engineer.
3. Practical experience in structural design - knowledge of Architecture is an advantage.
4. Experience in Pre Cast design is essential preference for building structural elements and Cladding. Experience in GRC design is an advantage.
5. Experience in the UAE/Gulf and Experience with Engineering consultants and Manufacturers are both an advantage.
6. Working knowledge of current design software e.G. STAAD, ETABS and AutoCAD.
Ability to swiftly appraise all types of information and assess all types of structural forms. Good understanding of common construction methods and knowledge of other prefabrication solutions would also be useful.
All candidates should have extremely good communication skills and high levels of energy.
The positions are all based in Dubai. They follow extremely good HR practices, have very low attrition and the future growth prospects are excellent.
