| Job Description: |
For our Client: Saudi Arabian Bechtel Corporation, we are searching for Senior Construction Engineer, who would like to take part in the largest ongoing civil engineering project in the world today: Jubail City II in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Review contractor technical submittals.
Review drawings and coordinate with discipline engineers where needed, and ensure reviewed drawings are available to all parties.
Coordinate with Contract Supervisors to assure the required technical submittals are obtained from contractors.
Participate in final inspection and prepare “punch lists”. Participate in the preparation of technical features of Field Change Requests and Change Orders.
Supervise quantity take-offs. Monitor contractor inspection program and quality control program, review contractors’ monthly invoices, drawings and O&M manuals review and monitor as-builts.
Prepare daily reports and weekly logs for each Contractor. Review all construction material testing and review, evaluate the testing results.

| Skills Required: |
College/University Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of at least five (5) years of construction experience.
He must have an experience in reinforced concrete construction related to heavy industrial/civil structures and ancillary buildings.
Experience related to the construction of roads, bridges, structural steel buildings and industrial projects would be an advantage.
He should have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. |
