Job Description: Position Summary:
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential Responsibilities:
-plans, direct, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors

-Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of projects, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of projects personnel

-Confers with projects staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority

-Directs and coordinates activities of projects personnel to ensure projects progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget

-Reviews status reports prepared by projects personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required

-Prepares projects reports for management, client, or others

-Confers with projects personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems

-Coordinates projects activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies

-Ability to define/set operational procedures and implementation

Competency:

-thorough bred knowledge of the construction business and the industry

-Ability to plan, organize and execute the plan

-Ability to lead from the front qualified engineering professionals

-A quick thinker and a people’s person

-Excellent communication skills

-Excellent quantitative aptitude

-Exposure to Quality Management and Hse


Additional Requirements:
Graduate / Post graduate in Civil Engineering with over 15 years of experience in core construction industry in U.A.E. /An M.B.A. Would be desirable but not essential

MUST : A rich experience in managing mega sized highrise building construction projects.
