Design Review Coordinator
Location – Qatar
Bachelors Degree Required (Architecture, Engineering or Project Management)
Minimum 10 years experience, with 5 years in a consulting background (Pref Gulf Region)
We are currently seeking a unique and exceptionally talented candidate for the role of Design Review Coordinator, based in Doha. Reporting to the Head of Architecture, the role encompasses the design review and design management of landmark mega projects for the region. Responsibilities will include the review of documents in phases for design intent, use of materials and coordination with master plan intent. This will encompass analysing building / zoning codes and design and apply to reviewed designs, coordination with consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies; attendance at on-site observations and compliance checks on previously reviewed design work as well as the production of detailed Design Review Reports. This is role requires a dynamic individual who will coordinate work to meet the project goals, establishing project staffing and schedule requirements to ensure project objectives are met as well as provide guidance to other designers, drafters, and architects.
