Senior Consultant + Technical Consultants
Senior Oracle eBusiness HR/Payroll Roles
Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney based
Major consultancy specialising in HRMS and Payroll solutions requires Oracle HRMS Consultants for senior roles within a dynamic Team.
Senior Technical Team members are also required to support our rapidly expanding business. You must have a flair for solutions and a client focus.
Successful candidates will be responsible for building and leading a team of Oracle consultants on various opportunities and engagements across our business, as well as maintaining the integrity and performance of existing applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required as you will be interacting with Senior Management, End Users, Technical Teams and Support Areas.
Previous team management or project management skills, especially within an Oracle environment, would be highly desirable. Exposure to business development will be an advantage but we can help you develop these skills.
Preference is for permanent employees with a long term view but contractors will be considered.
The requirement is definitely hands-on and you will need strong Oracle HRMS or Payroll skills, and demonstrated experience. |
