Our clients who are a well respected high street broker with over 40 years experience currently require 3 Personal Lines Brokers for their Epsom branch. With over 50 branches and 600,000 policyholders they have a national coverage and are proud of their reputation as a market leader. With such a large branch network employees benefit from the opportunities that this creates with real prospects to move into a management position and beyond.
Dealing with all personal lines products both over the phone and face to face this role will combine handling both new and existing business enquires. Applicants will have ideally had previous insurance experience with either a broker or company environment, have a good team work ethic and be able to prioritise. All staff will enrol on a programme of development, which includes one to one training and entree to insurance qualifications.
On offer is an excellent package, which includes a salary to £25,000, and 20 days holiday, in return you will be expected to work Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00 and alternate Saturdays from 8.30 – 12.00.
