| Job Description: |
Position Summary
This position is responsible for administrative and operational support at satellite campuses. This position will also be responsible for coordinating outreach/marketing opportunities and scheduling classrooms and labs.
Essential Functions
• Provide administrative support for faculty, staff, and facility at designated sites and/or campuses.
• Work cooperatively with other departments to ensure the provision of student services such as registration, cashiering, financial aid, advising, student government activities, continuing education, and basic skills classes.
• Work cooperatively with Marketing to create outreach/marketing opportunities such as weekly open houses and newspaper advertising.
• Represent the college at local businesses and community events to promote the college and designated facilities and make presentations as needed.
• Coordinate facility/classroom usage.
• Work independently and yet be a contributing and effective member of the Instruction team.
• Other duties as assigned.
Secondary Functions—address all that apply in cover letter and/or resume
• Recommend policies and procedures related to campus operations.
• Monitor and track appropriate budgets.
• Facilitate teleconferencing schedule.
• Supervise support staff and/or work study students.
• Attend meetings as requested.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels, both internal and external.
• Ability to define problems quickly and resolve them.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task with little or no supervision.

| Skills Required: |
Minimum Qualifications--required—Address all that apply in cover letter and/or resume
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications—address all that apply in cover letter and/or resume
• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• Three or more years of outreach/coordination experience.
