Redirections Sign & Design has an immediate need for a full time Accounts Payable Clerk.
Responsibilities Include:
-matching vendor invoices to receivers and purchase orders
-Approving and coding vendor invoices
-Entering all bills after they have been coded
-Entering weekly payment for contract employees into Excel
-Run A/P checks

| Skills Required: |
Requirements:
-must have at least 1 year of experience in QuickBooks
-Experience in Excel and MS Office software
-Must have prior experience in general accounting functions
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment |
