Job description:
• Regularly visits project sites and collaborators and provides relevant feedback to CISP management regarding any challenges faced and potential solutions during implementation of the activities
• Plan and participate in field monitoring missions on a regular basis
• Submit weekly typed reports regarding field activities
• Assist in the monitoring of expenditures ensuring cohesion with planning processes.
• Performs other duties as required by CISP managment

Skills Required:: |
Qualifications:
• Diploma in a relevant field (or equivalence in relevant experience)
• Minimum of three years of field experience in development/government programmes
• Good writing/reporting skills
• Basic Computer literacy
• Fluent in English and Swahili, knowledge of Mijikenda is an asset
