SRC Functional Analyst - Available Immediately
SRC Functional Analyst Job Qualifications
Located in Alexandria, VA
Provide remote customer assistance to worldwide users of all Surface Distribution Deployment Command (SDDC) transportation applications.
Principle duties and essential job functions:
• Resolve user issues via telephone dialogue in response to requests for functional assistance on DoD transportation systems received via phone, voice mail, electronic mail, and fax from world-wide user base.
• Conduct additional research as needed to respond to customer questions on application use.
• Ability to use SQL commands to develop ad-hoc database queries.
• Follow-up with customer to keep them informed of report status until issue is resolved.
• Thoroughly document information for each request in the Siebel 2000 Service Request System (Oracle Discoverer), our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
• Attend team meetings as required.
• Assist users in developing ad-hoc queries to access data as required.
• Support 24x7 program by participating in rotating on-call after-hours schedule.
• Conduct user surveys via phone.
• Provide daily status reports to management; provide summary reports as requested.
Basic Qualifications: 3-5 years customer service experience that includes 3 years in the transportation environment. Good customer service or Helpdesk skills, ability to maintain professional working rapport with a wide range of customers. Experience with typical logon, data access, and application usage issues. Basic SQL skills a MUST. Availability to share 24/7 on-call responsibilities with other team members.
Additional Information:
• Candidate will be required to complete the Kaplan Call Center Solutions and Selection Advantage Test and could be required to demonstrate knowledge of writing ability.
• Candidate must be able to pass a background security check to obtain building pass.
• Experience with SDDC transportation systems a plus.
