• Track Transactions Volume with preferred suppliers (Air/Hotel/Rental Car/Limo) to support negotiations by ticket-based transactions
• Analyze the information and prepare financial reports Assist the Director of Risk Management with financial projects and internal/external audits.
• Interact with the Accounting Dept. to process journal entries
• Monitor cash receipts and posting to correct general ledger accounts.
• Review monthly P&L and supporting general ledger detail report.
• Analyze and reconcile monthly settlement statements from TMC.
• Generate monthly hotel booking report per hotel chain and support global hotel program manager to reach the target of hotel room nights with negotiated hotels in major cities.
• Identify travel spending.
