| Job Description: |
Applications are currently invited for Electrician/Panel Wiremen to join a Production Department, based in Glasgow. The purpose of the role is to assemble and wire electrical switchgear and control panels to the highest standards.
Main duties and responsibilities are to:
Assemble and wire electrical switchgear and control panels in accordance with drawings and sketches.
Install or modify electrical switch gear and control panels on site.
Carry out duties with adherence to safety requirements and quality standards.
Adhere to Quality Assurance Procedures.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
Responsible for self and others.
To co-operate fully with all safe working practices.
Contribute to the implementation of such practices when necessary

Skills Required:: |
You must have City & Guilds or equivalent and have completed a recognised apprenticeship scheme. It is essential that you have experience in wiring electrical switchgear and control panels and that you understand Schematic Drawings. |
