| Job Description: |
Oversees all retail store operations. Provides training, guidance and feedback to retail staff to support and develop account relationships. Communicates pertinent service, product, billing and promotional information to retail staff to ensure quality customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Resolves escalated major account/agent/retail customer issues. Responsible for inventory processes and levels. (40%)
2. Manages activities of the sales staff. Develops and monitors sales quotas, acceptable churn levels, and sales reporting procedures to maintain and increase market penetration, meet revenue projections and other performance targets. Analyzes sales data and performance indicators to make strategic business recommendations to Management for achieving optimized sales opportunities. Develops sales recognition programs to motivate retail and sales staff to increase market penetration and updates programs periodically to incorporate wireless industry commission trends. Monitors the success of sales recognition programs and their positive contribution to the profitability of our company. (30%)
3. Directs and assists the Agent Manager in building and maintaining positive Agent relationships. Attends sales calls as needed to meet with key agent/retail personnel. Drives the sales and agent teams to prospect and qualify new agent/retail locations. Oversees negotiations of new and existing agent contracts. (20%)
4. Oversees major account/agent/retail marketing and merchandizing strategies. Researches and develops new product and service offerings, creates pricing levels, and outlines strategic plans for management evaluation by staying abreast of the latest wireless technologies, products, trends, and customer demographics. Makes product and service recommendations to Management to promote the company as a leading wireless provider. (10%)
5. Completes and reviews performance evaluations with employees annually on date of hire or date of promotion, for employees reporting to this position.
6. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of Company operating policies, procedures, products and services.
2. Knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies within wireless business operations.
3. Ability to oversee and manage multiple and complex projects.
4. Knowledge of business management principles and practices.

9. Skill in operating a personal computer using database, word processing and spreadsheet software.
10. Skill in operating various office equipment such as: ten-key adding machine, copy machine, facsimile machine and multi-line telephone.
11. Skill in analytical thinking, negotiating and problem solving.
12. Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
13. Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
14. Ability to read, analyze and interpret computer reports and printouts.
15. Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments.
16. Ability to oversee business functions and assess business needs.
17. Ability to complete work accurately under time constraints and deadlines.
18. Ability to function effectively as a team player.
19. Ability to organize employee work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
20. Knowledge of management techniques used to instruct, motivate and train departmental personnel.

23. Ability to motivate retail staff and commissioned sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Skills Required:: |
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent, plus five years of sales, wireless communications, or equivalent work experience. |
