Job Title: Regional Sales Director Channel Sales – Asia Pacific
Reports to: VP Sales
Department: International Sales
Position Summary:
WinMagic Inc, the market leader in Full Disk Encryption security is looking for a top producing Channel Manger for Asean Region. This exciting opportunity is for a channel person who is extremely motivated and wants to work for a market leader. If you have a track record of consistently exceeding quota then we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
• Drive new and amended commercial relationships between WinMagic, Asia Pacific and these key Channel partners to best deliver WinMagic revenue, in terms of Licensing, Consultancy and support.
• To confidently articulate the WinMagic corporate vision, channel strategies and business systems to Strategic Partners and their Customers on an on-going basis.
• To develop and execute on strategic business plans for each strategic reseller partners, building on their strengths and capabilities while ensuring compliance with WinMagic’s reporting requirements and terms and conditions of business.
• To maximise the Strategic partner relationship in support of WinMagic’s business goals by seeking out opportunities to leverage partner experience, contacts and expertise in the market place, and roll this out across the Asia Pacific region.
• To develop our Partners knowledge and expertise of WinMagic’s products through effective mentoring, assistance with their sales strategies, collaboration and coordination on marketing plans and continual updates on product developments.
• To develop strong business relationships with our Strategic Partners instilling trust and confidence in WinMagic’s, its products and its People.
• To build strong, effective and positive relationships with all WinMagic’s worldwide employees who will have an impact on or involvement with the Strategic Channels sales strategy and utilise regional knowledge and experience.
• To provide accurate forecasts of the business levels on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• To provide weekly reports on a timely as required.
• Consistently Achieving set regional sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The Channel Manager will be a people person who thrives on achieving targets and will have the following skills and experience:
• Remote office ability
• Positive “can do” attitude
• Good presentation skills
• Enthusiasm and vivaciousness

Skills Required:: |
Knowledge and experience on how a 2 tier Channel operates
•Elaborated knowledge of the IT standards more specific on disk encryption solutions, firewalls, SSL, VPN, basic/form based authentication
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in the territory language and English (other languages being an asset)
Location to be either Hong Kong or Singapore
Interviews will be held in Singapore on Wed. Mar. 19th. |
