Responsibilities:
Design and develop OpenGL-ES graphics drivers
Work with the other teams to make the whole product successful
Documentation of design
Requirement:
Should have 5 to 6 years of commercial software development experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team
In-depth knowledge of OpenGL-ES
Excellent C programming skills
Familiarity with shader based graphics preferably GLSL
Good Linux development skills in preferably a commercial environment not just open source
Good view of systems architecture issues
Adaptability - debug of issues will require working on may OS'es with different toolchains
Advantages:
Development and debug experience of any of WinCE / Pocket PC / Windows Mobile / Symbian / Linux or others
Experience with hardware and OpenGL
