Job Description: We have requirements in USA with our clients who are leading software services organization in the US. The candidates should have an experience as software programming / developer / QA Analyst / Project Manager and should be either BE/B.Tech. Or M.Sc. (computer science) / MCA or B.Sc. / BCA from any recognized university in India and they should be from any of the following skill set: Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net, Data warehousing, ASP.NET, SAP, People soft, Testing Tools, SQL or Oracle DBAs etc.The candidate should have 1.5+ yrs of experience in any of the above technologies.


The requirement is for this year H1b visa quota and our client is looking at recruiting 60 to 80 candidates by the end of year 2008 from India and planning to bring them USA by Oct'08 so as visa process itself is 6-9 months we started with candidates now.

The candidates will be Full Time Employee of NexGen and placed under NexGen payrolls with various big clients of NexGen in the USA. The interviews would be conducted by Telephone, from the US. Candidates should be willing to relocate to the US from Oct ' 08. We are looking for candidates for all levels and we will offer salary accordingly.

The candidate should bear Visa Charges, Travel Expenses, Legal Charges, Immigration fees, lawyer and Consultancy Charges etc. And out of this visa fees will be refunded to candidate after one year.

The H1 visa processing and all other embassy related procedures and also accommodation/food at our clients guest house in USA will be provided till they get into their job would be taken care of by our client.

As per huge recruitment and accommodate all interested candidates before US H1 filing closing date(1st day of April 2008) please if can get us more and more candidates would be really great and we look forward to grow together.
We are looking forward to get good candidates from you on NexGen board, now we don’t have any layer between. In order for us to file your new H1B, it costs us $2000 to $3000 (INS and attorney fees) (Note :- If person wants apply for premium processing then the charge will be $4000). On the top of this, the company will also incur significant sales and marketing expenses while presenting you to the clients in the process of getting you the best suitable project relevant to your Skill Sets. To quantify the time our Sales team spends on finding a project for you and to ensure that you are committed to Company we request you to deposit $3000 amount with us as a security deposit. Please don’t let this discourage you from considering a full time position with us. This is just security deposit and in the event you are not able to join us, Company will be losing more than the money you have deposited in the form of security deposit. Hence our intent is to keep you with us with the best possible way we can and will be fully refundable after successful completion of one year.

We will also sponsor Green Card for highly skilled professionals under EB2 or EB3 categories once you complete 12 months (or 2040 billable hrs) of employment with us. Our nationwide presence will help you to make a choice of selecting the name of the State where you would like to file your Green Card, such as Chicago, North Carolina etc. We will offer the labor advertisements for you free of cost during the GC process. Process :
• We have two step hiring process for new H1 recruitments. One of our Account Managers would be talking to you to understand your skills and core strengths. After your eligibility of H1 has been verified you will be contacted by our Tech Lead for technical screening. This process will help us to identify the right client for your skill set and make suggestions for any training needed to improve your technical skills and to get into the project as early as possible.
• You will be provided with H1B check list and you should submit your documents by mail or soft copy of all set of documents, in duplicate (You may use scanner)
• After we receive your documents we will file petition on 1st of April 2008.
• You will be notified once we receive application number from INS. Currently INS is taking 60-180 days to process and approve new H1B petition.
• Upon the receipt of approval you will be contacted by our on site Account Executive with further instructions.
• From this point on you need to be in touch with your On site Manger through emails and phone calls till you get your stamping done. We highly recommend you to discuss with on site manager a day or two before you go for stamping in India .We will be sending you full set of required official documents including offer letter, Client’s letter etc (Please make sure to communicate with your Manager at least one week ahead for this and carry the checklist supported by all the necessary documents to show them to the Visa-Officer in U.S Consulate in India) . Our expertise does matter and help you to answer possible questions that Consulate might ask you at the time of visa-stamping.
• Please Do Not Resign from your job in India, unless, your Account Manager, in U.S asks you to do so through email. There should be a written communication for this.
• We will also let you know when you can book your flight to U.S after you resign.
• Once you arrive in US, One of our Account Executives will be pick you up from Airport , will arrange your accommodation-food and working with you in applying for SSN number (without this you would not be able to work in US for any client).
• We will be providing you accommodation and 500$ landing advance in total, paid in three installments, during the first 30 days of your stay in US. For any reason if your SSN is delayed you are entitled to receive additional compensation. Your Account’s Manager will discuss with you later on this part.
• We take the 100% responsibility of getting your H1B approval from INS, US. We will deduct 800USD and rest amount will be refundable in the event INS runs over allotted quota of H1B or documents are returned by INS.
• Please take a Driving class (If you haven’t driven before) and get an International Driving license before you come to U.S. Your stay here might turn as very unpleasant experience if you cannot drive.
• If you are coming to the United States for the first time and have dependents, We recommend you to consider bringing them after you are completely adjusted and working at the client site. We will not be able to accommodate your family while you do not have even SSN number in US.
• We will not be responsible for any VISA rejection by US Consulate in India or USCIS in U.S.A as a result of production of false Education qualifications and experience documents by you or your incompetence in showing up your expertise at the consulate. Our company has an excellent track record of approved H1 VISAS with U.S Consulate in India and Green Cards with USCIS in U.S.A. It is also true that the company has strong financial strength and good client base.
• Please note that nobody can guarantee 100% visa stamping at any overseas consulates. Each consulate is independent and takes its own decisions. Company will try to do all that is needed within its means to get the stamping done by supplying the needed documents or whatever is requested by the consulate as part of the query if any. But the final decision is that of consulate and they can reject visa on any grounds they think is appropriate, on which company does not have any control. If such a situation arises, company and you will lose the H1 b processing fees.
