| Job Description: |
This position will support our Retail Operations team for the Rocky Mountain Region. The position can be located in either Englewood, CO or Salt Lake City, UT.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage and analyze compliance reporting for training management, feature flipping, and Coaching for Success
- Manage Monthly Fraud Reports.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators using defined criteria.
- Analyze current reports run by National/ Indirect and COR Retail Reporting Manager.
- Suggest creative and innovative ways to improve existing reports.
- Examine phone and accessory discounting and other key metrics to address areas for improvement.
- Conduct research to provide sales process improvements/recommendations for the channel.
- Create presentations and adhoc reports using raw data.
- Work closely with Reporting Manager and Operations team to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and improve sales performance for all Retail Channels.
- Present report analysis to Account Managers and Leadership, including recommendations based on reporting data.
- Lead Special Projects
- Manage Sales Performance Reporting
- Duties may be non-routine and reflect substantial variety and complexity.
- Serve as a back up to Reporting Manager to run existing daily, weekly, monthly, and on-demand reports.
- Work with Reporting Manager on designing and developing reports at the request of management.
This individual will be expected to have an overall understanding of the business. The ideal candidate will be able to examine reports surrounding key channel metrics and present the findings to leadership. They will also identify and offer ideas on ways to improve channel performance. The Reporting Analyst will also be responsible for administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Fundamental understandings of key metrics that drive our business
-Strong financial and analytical skills
-Ability to effectively communicate with senior management
-Understanding of the activation process
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (especially with graphs and charts)
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Database management experience including MS Access
-Ability to collect and analyze data
-Ability to meet deadlines
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong time management skills
-Strong focus on meeting the needs of internal and external customers
-Strong understanding of reporting systems (what data is accessible and what reporting system data is housed in)
-Proficient in PDC I and PDC II
-Field Sales Experience
